Andahuaylillas as a UNESCO City of Learning
Dispurse Foundation is proud to be part of the initiative that has led to the distinguished distinction of Andahuaylillas as a Learning City by UNESCO
We are excited to announce that Dispurse Foundation is taking a major step forward in its mission to provide education to those who need it most. Thanks to a valuable partnership agreement with Fundación Educación y Cooperación (EDUCO), we are embarking on a new chapter of collaboration that aims to change lives in Bolivia.
The main objective of this agreement is to establish joint actions between both organizations to implement a pilot project aimed at illiterate mothers in the Periferica macro-district in La Paz. For this initiative we will work in collaboration with EDUCO's local partner organization, Fundación Centro de Cultura Popular (FCCP), which will play a crucial role in the implementation and execution of the Dispurse Literacy Program using the FOCUS application to promote the development of a basic literacy that is functional, digital and critical amongst our participants.
This pilot project represents a significant step towards fulfilling our mission of bringing education to every corner of the world. We are excited about the positive impact it will have on the lives of women and their families in the Periferica macro-district and hope it will be the first of many successful projects in Bolivia.
We are deeply grateful to Educo and FCCP for their collaboration and we look forward to the work that lies ahead of us!
