EDUCO
EDUCO
Fundación Educación y Cooperación (Educo) is an international NGO for development cooperation and humanitarian action present in 14 countries in the Americas, Africa, Europe and Asia. It has more than 30 years of experience in favor of children and adolescents, and is committed to strengthening the capacities of mothers, fathers and caregivers to accompany the evolutionary process of their children's growth.
The main objective of the agreement between Educo and Dispurse is to establish joint actions to implement a pilot literacy project for women mothers in La Paz, Bolivia, in close collaboration with the Fundación Centro de Cultura Popular (FCCP).
Dispurse is committed to providing a wide range of services to support the project, including technical and pedagogical advice and training to the team of facilitators for the development of its literacy program and the use of its FOCUS application.
EDUCO will be in charge of promoting activities for the implementation of the women's literacy process, participating in the adaptation and implementation of the methodology and materials developed by Dispurse, in addition to managing the pilot project activities in coordination with FCCP and monitoring the project activities and the results achieved.
With this valuable agreement, Dispurse is taking a big step forward in its mission to provide education to those who need it most. Thanks to this new collaboration, we aim to change lives in Bolivia, where the current illiteracy rate is 4.63%.
