Many of us normalize this problem, but since I had the opportunity to work with Dispurse I have been able to learn more about this reality.
Working in the Dispurse Foundation helps me to see life with optimism knowing that I am accompanying many people, mostly women, in their learning process and be part of how little by little they are changing their lives, encouraged by the continuous motivation to overcome within their home and society, forming more autonomous and independent people economically and emotionally. It strengthens me to see that from their learning they are building a more confident and empowered personality, aware that they can fulfill different roles in activities that were previously denied to them for not knowing how to read and write.
There is still a long way to go, but thanks to the Dispurse Foundation we are providing the education that many Peruvians need, want and value, so that they can see a much better tomorrow.
