Digital Literacy App

In the spring of 2024, we began plans to develop another application whose purpose is to promote increased digital competence among adults with a short school background in Peru. At the same time, we initiated a feasibility study in Sweden together with RISE where they investigated whether there would also be a need for a similar app in a Swedish context, with a focus on students with a short school background who are learning in a second language. The feasibility study showed, among other things, that there is a need for digital tools that can promote the digital competence of newly arrived students.

In 2025, we have therefore initiated the development of the app "Digital Literacy App" whose purpose is to promote increased digital competence among newly arrived students with a short school background in Sweden.
